Our Benefits

We believe that the well-being of our team members is important. We provide support and programs that help our employees and their families thrive.

Cafeteria Plan
Community of Hope’s flexible benefits plan (cafeteria plan) allows employees to elect various pre-tax benefits and customize their benefits package based on their needs and preferences. The main advantage of a cafeteria plan is it allows employees to save on taxes. By allocating a portion of employees’ salary to pre-tax benefits, employees can reduce their taxable income, resulting in lower income taxes and significant savings over time.
