Dental

We offer affordable, comfortable and convenient dental services for patients of all ages and help you keep smiling. Senior citizens over the age of 65 may be eligible for free dental services. 

Emotional Wellness

Our emotional wellness team is trained to help when you and your family need it most. We provide crisis intervention, counseling, and various supportive services, empowering you and your family to live fulfilling lives.  

Your Community Pharmacy

The Community of Hope Pharmacy is a NEW in-house pharmacy where you can have your prescriptions filled. We offer friendly service, free home delivery, and same day pick up for pharmacy items.

Community of Hope serves people all across Washington, DC. We operate three community health centers, one resource hub, multiple site-based housing programs, and at partnership locations.

Community of Hope (COH) is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that provides primary and preventive care services for both insured and uninsured patients.

COH receives U.S. Department of Health and Human Services funding and has Federal Public Health Services (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.

COH does not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, genetic information, disability or any other protected characteristic under applicable law.

Carlos Redmond didn’t expect to spend his summer clearing out his cabinets and ridding himself of high-sodium foods, but when he learned he had chronic hypertension, he made some changes.

"The ability to be in my own space is calming,” says Amanda. “Having the same midwives who've been with me throughout the entire nine months right here with me makes this transition easier." Although she admits this is a different type of experience that she’s never heard of, Amanda notes that not having to get the baby ready to leave the house makes these home visits all the better.

Five years ago, Community of Hope opened our doors at The Commons at Stanton Square and joined a collaborative effort with the Horning Family Foundation and Martha’s Table to ensure a place where children and families thrive.
