A Decade of Impact

A Decade of Impact

Can you believe it’s been a decade since our Conway Health and Resource Center opened its doors? Ten years of trust-building, bond-forming, and nurturing relationships. In this time, we’ve had the honor of caring for tens of thousands of incredible individuals, and we’re here to celebrate the milestones and victories that make our journey memorable!

Trusted Relationships

In the past decade, our doctors, dentists, and therapists have established trusting relationships with a whopping 26,200 patients through nearly 240,000 appointments. Our commitment to improving health has seen significant results – from controlling diabetes and hypertension to witnessing the joy of 1,600 pregnant patients giving birth to healthy babies. Our outcomes for chronic diseases place us among the top 25% nationally, and in 2023, we proudly clinched five major quality awards!

But that’s not all! We’ve connected more than 700 neighbors to essential resources through the Bellevue Family Success Center and prevented homelessness for over 2,300 families.

“It makes a difference to have a doctor that genuinely cares about me, and I wouldn’t trade it for the world,” says Yolanda Marshall

Robust Prenatal Care

Our certified nurse midwives, family care providers, and care coordinators (and more team members) have been delivering robust prenatal care, including an extended postpartum program, early childhood home visiting, and integrated emotional wellness support. In collaboration with MedStar, we brought a Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist and a full-scale sonogram machine to Ward 8, ensuring high-risk pregnancies get the attention they deserve.

Accessible Dental Care

And speaking of smiles, our dental care is not just about clean teeth – it is integrated into well-child checks, complete with individualized care plans. Our commitment extends to seniors over 65, offering free preventative and restorative dental care not covered by Medicare. We are all about ensuring everyone in our community wears a healthy, happy smile!

WIC (Women, Infant, and Children) Nutrition Program

Our Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Nutrition Program, launched in 2023, has already served over 900 people. We are not just nourishing bodies; we are nourishing lives.

As we celebrate a decade of care, let us look back on the victories, the relationships, and the community spirit that define us. Being headquartered at the Conway Health and Resource Center has allowed us to deepen our services across Ward 8.

Here’s to another ten years of making a difference—one smile, one healthy baby, and one stable home at a time!
