Health & Coverage
 
Community of Hope prioritizes your health and well-being by offering comprehensive health coverage options. Our plans include various medical, dental, and vision coverage options through CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield for you and your family’s needs. We cover 100% of the cost of coverage in our lowest-cost employee-only health insurance plan and offer a stipend that can be used for a range of other benefits, including dental, vision, disability, dependent care FSA, and life insurance.
 
We also offer Smart Trip (WMATA) benefits, legal and ID theft protection services, flexible health care accounts, and dependent care spending accounts to help you manage your expenses. How We Hire

Interview

Our hiring managers assess candidates for each position. If your application is selected, a member of our team will reach out to you to initiate the interview process. The process usually involves one or two interviews, and you will likely meet several members of our team. which may include potential peers and managers.

If you’ve successfully completed our interview process and are identified as the candidate we’d like to hire, you’ll receive a phone call and an offer letter from our  Talent Management team. You’ll be asked to respond within a certain time frame. You’ll also be asked to complete certain pre-hire screening requirements.
