Pam is a licensed clinical social worker, receiving her masters degree in social work from the National Catholic School of Social Services at the Catholic University of America.

She has more than 25 years of experience working with teens and young adults, specializing in trauma processing and emotional wellness integration. Her professional experience includes work as the founding director of the Salvation Army’s Turning Point Center for Women & Children; the founding director of the Sasha Bruce Youthwork Drop In Center; and work with pregnant and parenting teens at Washington Hospital Center and with youth experiencing homelessness at both Sasha Bruce Youthwork and Covenant House Washington. She is a part time trauma therapist and crisis responder with the Wendt Center for Loss & Healing and joined the Community of Hope family in August 2025.

At Community of Hope, Pam hopes to share her trauma-focused skills with both the clients we serve as well as developing a robust clinical intern program that grounds clinicians in training in community-based emotional wellness work and a person-centered therapeutic approach.

Outside of work, she enjoys cheering for her hometown Philly sports teams; grounding herself in her faith, family and friends; is an avid outdoors-women; and finds joy in both the energy of live theater and the quiet peace of yoga, reading and gardening.
