Leslie Kwiatkowski received her Master’s and Doctorate degrees from Frontier Nursing University. She completed a Family Nurse Practitioner fellowship at Healthcare for the Homeless dba Orange Blossom Family Health in urban Orlando, FL with a focus on providing compassionate care to individuals and families who experience homelessness and/or are uninsured or underinsured. Leslie joined Community of Hope in November 2021 and enjoys taking special attention on building healthy and safe futures for all members of the family, from babies to elders. She is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer who proudly served in Tanzania from 2015-2017. Outside of work, Leslie spends her time hiking, singing, dancing and reading.
