No Show Policy
Please let us know at least an hour in advance if you won’t be able to make your appointment.Â
You can cancel the appointment using your reminder text or email. This will allow us to treat someone who needs care and prevent long wait times.
If you are a no-show for your appointment too many times, we may have to stop making one for you and ask you to see us on a standby basis. It’s important to notify us about cancellations to avoid such penalties.
