Vaccine Information
Community of Hope is providing COVID vaccination and boosters based on CDC guidelines. We are offering both the Pfizer and the Moderna vaccine to anyone 5 years and older. The CDC says that it is okay to get a COVID vaccine at the same time as other vaccines.
NEW (updated 1/5/2022): COH is offering booster shots for everyone 12 and older. For more details on how long to wait between your second shot and the booster, please check out our FAQ page for common questions about boosters and guidance on timelines for different brands of booster.
COH is also offering Pfizer vaccinations for children 5 – 11.
Please call 202.470.3081 to schedule your appointment. Due to staffing shortages, we are not encouraging walk-in vaccinations at this time and hours may change.
We are offering free Uber rides to and from your vaccination. Please call our vaccine line at 202.470.3081 to arrange your ride or ask questions about your eligibility.
