It’s the people that make Community of Hope the kind of organization where people want to work.
We are a diverse staff, focused on the strengths of our clients and each other. We strive to be a place where everyone understands how their role contributes to our mission and feels comfortable sharing ideas and opinions. We host employee wellness challenges, staff competitions, retreats, and some serious potlucks.
Part of what I love is how Community of Hope is a very open and welcoming work environment. Ideas and input are frequently asked of the employees and it is a comfortable environment to share your thoughts and opinions.
