We offer a benefits stipend that can be used on a variety of other benefits such as dental, vision, disability, and life insurance as well as transportation benefits through WMATA’s SmartBenefits program.
We offer 13 paid holidays and 3 weeks of paid vacation annually (4 weeks to staff members who have worked for us 3 or more years). Our sick policy allows you to relax and rest when needed, with 12 days of sick leave per year. If you’re welcoming a little one, 2 weeks of parental leave at full pay can help make room for bonding time.
Learning & Development
We offer the opportunity to participate in a variety of internal and external training and development opportunities and offers assistance with the cost of continuing education opportunities needed to maintain licenses and certifications. Our Educational Development program allows you to pursue external educational opportunities including with matching funds from Community of Hope.
Our employee assistance program provides staff with unlimited telephone sessions and up to three in-person counseling sessions. We regularly host employee wellness competitions focusing on exercise and nutrition.
