HEALTH SERVICES

 

We see over 15,000 visits a year from nearly 4,000 patients who utilized our wide range of on-site care, including:

Primary Medical Care: Services include prenatal care, pediatric care, immunizations, and adult well and sick visits. We also provide preventive care and disease management for a wide variety of chronic illnesses including hypertension, diabetes and asthma as well as cancer screening.   

Dental Care: Services include comprehensive oral examinations, X-rays, dental cleaning, scaling and root planing, fluoride treatment, sealants, restorative work, extractions and dentures. A Ryan White grant allows us to provide services free of charge to patients living with HIV/AIDS.

Mental Health Services: We have two on-site social workers who provide counseling and case management services. There is also a psychiatrist on-site several times a month for medication management. We have two medical case managers whose primary focus is on patients with HIV/AIDS, though one provides services to all patients.
