LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER - PART TIME

Employer: Community of Hope is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center serving the uninsured and underinsured populations in the District of Columbia.

Job Description: The Licensed Clinical Social Worker is an integral part of an interdisciplinary team of medical providers. The position is responsible for assisting the behavioral health component of the health services program. Responsibilities include establishing protocols for behavior health, ensuring funding requirements are met, tracking behavioral health visits, performing intake and biopsychosocial assessments, maintaining appropriate files, and referring clients to appropriate community services.

Qualifications: LICSW required.  Minimum four years work experience in health case management or social work. Fluency in Spanish preferred.
