Job Description: Relief Resident Monitors are an integral part of the shelter program team. This position will provide important services to homeless families in our temporary shelter to ensure the safety of the building, enforcing resident rules, and communicating with case managers to ensure that they are receiving the case management services they need. We are seeking individuals who want to give back to their community and/or those interested in gaining experience in the social services field. A great job for students trying to earn while you learn! You will help to create a safe environment for homeless families, be the eyes and ears for case managers through written and verbal communication, and participate in a culture of hope and transformation as we help people move to their own homes!

Education: High school diploma/GED required.

Additional Qualifications: Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle emotionally charged situations with compassion and professionalism.
